Have you been to the GMU website lately?

My name is Hannah Eve and I am currently a freshman majoring in Global Affairs at George Mason University. I currently live in Alexandria, VA, but I didn’t grow up here. I grew up in the United Arab Emirates and have lived there half my life. It is where I would call my home. While I was there I got to meet people from literally all over the world, and this created a really deep interest in cultures, travel and adventure. Someday, I hope to use digital media to share stories of people around the world, whether that is through photography, film or web. I have been making little videos ever since I was 11 and got a camera for Christmas. The past two years I worked for a non-profit Christian organization in the Middle East as their multimedia specialist, and I got to make videos and maintain social media sites for them. It was a great opportunity. For as long as I can remember I have always been intrigued by the film making process as well as the constantly updating news in new technologies and innovations, and I am looking forward to looking at these different resources from a past perspective so that I can continue documenting the world in the future.
